Kane started for Bayern as they looked to return to winning ways following back-to-back draws against Augsburg (2-2) and in the UEFA Champions League against Viking (3-3).

The 33-year-old has only missed eight Bundesliga games for the club since joining from Tottenham Hotspur in August 2023, while finding the net 101 times in his 99 league outings to date.

In total, Kane has amassed 154 goals in 156 competitive outings for Bayern, and recently became the fastest player in history to score 100 in league history, smashing the previous record by some 31 games.

Bayern take on Arsenal in the Champions League on Wednesday, before travelling to high-flying Freiburg on Sunday.
