Gary Neville lip reads Senne Lammens' X-rated message to Man Utd teammates

Manchester United goalkeeper Senne Lammens endured a difficult first-half against Tottenham Hotspur
Gary Neville highlighted Manchester United goalkeeper Senne Lamme struggles during a difficult first-half against Tottenham Hotspur. The former Red Devils right-back suggested that the Belgian told his teammates that he didn't want the ball.
The United number one struggled during the first-half with his distribution and was at fault in almost gifting Spurs the opener before clearing out of play. Lammens' pass to Kobbie Mainoo was cut out inside 10 minutes but the shot-stopper stepped up to deny Dominic Solanke a certain effort from close-range.
It was a dour first-half back after the international break from United and they were booed off at half-time by the Old Trafford faithful. Spurs' profilgacy spared the Red Devils from going in at the break behind with the North London club cutting through Michael Carrick's side on multiple occasions.
Out-of-character struggles for Lammens didn't help matters and Neville picked up on the 24-year-old's struggles, boldly claiming that he urged his teammates not to pass the ball back to him.
He said: "Senne Lammens, that ball is getting back to him too much by the way, number one.
> "But number two, when it comes back to him, he's looking like it's a struggle in his mind. 'I don't want it' he's just said, I'm not a lip reader but there was a little f (swear word) in there as well."
Prior to the international break, Carrick faced pressure over his position in the Old Trafford hotseat after two defeats and a draw in their previous three.
United haven't been able to continue the impressive work from last season under the Premier League-winning midfielder. The new signing haven't managed to impact the play and marquee signing Carlos Baleba has had to wait for his first start for the club but was on the bench for the visit of Roberto De Zerbi's side.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp felt that United were the cause of their own problems in the opening 45. He said: "Michael Carrick will be thinking, 'how do we get a foothold in this game?' They've got no idea how to play out, no real structure, spread out and I think Tottenham have been excellent in the first-half.
> "Man United have caused their own problems, that pass isn't on (from Lammens). Playing it into a midfield player there, Bergvall pounces on it."
