Not a single Juventus or Milan player featured in Roberto Mancini’s first four games back in charge of Italy and the coach leaned on Inter and Atalanta instead.

According to Tuttomercatoweb , Mancini used 23 players, drawn from 17 different clubs, across the four Nations League games of the extended international break.

Inter and Atalanta supplied three players each, the only real blocs in the side. Counted by parent club, both rise to four, with Davide Frattesi on loan at Lazio from Inter and Daniel Maldini on loan at Cagliari from Atalanta.

Juventus and Milan miss out for Italy under Mancini
