Man Utd defender Patrick Dorgu was substituted after just 29 minutes against Wales due to injury, giving Michael Carrick another potential blow.

Manchester United have suffered another injury blow on international duty, shortly after it was confirmed that Bruno Fernandes was suffering from a problem.

Portugal manager Jorge Jesus recently revealed that Fernandes was a doubt for their game against Norway due to injury.

The injury doesn't appear to be too serious, which is crucial for the Red Devils, but Jesus did reveal that Fernandes had been playing through pain.

> “Bruno comes with an injury from… from the night before. He already came with it. He’s been playing with pain."

That could signal that there is an underlying issue for Fernandes, and United will be hoping he can recover with a bit of rest over the next few weeks.

Unfortunately for them, though, Portugal will certainly want him involved later in the international break, so he might not get too much rest.

Patrick Dorgu was substituted after just 29 minutes against Wales due to injury , giving Michael Carrick another potential blow heading into October.

Dorgu was playing on the left-hand side of attack for Denmark against Wales, and he was substituted after just less than 30 minutes.

The 21-year-old went down just a few minutes before, and he was unable to continue as he was taken off for Denmark.

It didn't appear to be a serious injury to the eye, but you never know whether he could have sustained a muscle problem that could keep him out for a while.
