Frosinone’s Antonio Raimondo has been the breakout star of the Serie A this season, having scored seven times in just as many games. He has two braces and one hattrick, having put three past Sassuolo on Friday. Now, attention around the striker is growing.
La Gazzetta dello Sport report that Juventus have been keeping an eye on the Italian for quite some time and now, his name has risen up their shortlist.
Juve want to build an Italian-style side and Raimondo is very much one of the best talents around the Azzurri setup right now. Juventus’ move, as a result, could depend on how Jeff Ekhator performs once he returns to full fitness.
But there is a growing possibility that the 22-year-old could attract more suitors, as his profile is also rising.
A move to the Premier League is very much possible and this can possibly prompt Juve into attempting a January move. Bologna are also alive to the idea of how Raimondo has grown but they aren’t in a rush to tie him down to a contract that goes on beyond his current expiry of 2028.
There is a chance that the Rossoblu may not have too many options and end up executing a sale in 2027 itself.
