Announced close to a departure in the form of loan this winter, Endrick will stay at Real Madrid, according to José Mourinho.

Coaches come and go but the situation remains the same for Endrick at Real Madrid. While he had some playing time during Carlo Ancelotti’s days, the Brazilian lost all credit under Xabi Alonso. Enough to push him to go on loan last winter to OL. Returning to Madrid this summer, he hoped to be able to play, but José Mourinho does not use him. A new loan was mentioned in recent days, but the Portuguese tactician closed the door.

Despite only giving him a measly four minutes of play since the start of the season, José Mourinho has said he is adamant that he will not let Endrick, a player he greatly appreciates, leave. At least to listen to him when discussing the subject on TNT, on the eve of the Champions League match between Real Madrid and AS Roma, incidentally one of the two clubs having a great desire to attract the Brazilian striker.

> “Forget it, forget it” said the Merengue coach. Forget interested clubs. They’d better wait, otherwise they’ll take a long time. (…) He’s a player that I adore. He is a player who I believe has incredible potential and who is very important for us. »

Endrick really stuck in Madrid?

But then why didn’t Endrick play more? The Special One gave his version.

> “After the pre-season, he suffered an injury and was out of action for over a month, which prevented him from starting the season. I have already spoken with him personally, because after his convalescence, the opportunity did not present itself. »

Double-locked door and padlock? Maybe not so sure if you listen closely to José Mourinho’s last answer.

> “Whoever is interested will have to fight to convince me, because I believe that he does not need to be loaned out and that he will do very well here. »
