Good news for Real Madrid. Ferland Mendy will resume training with the Madrid group. “(Ferland) Mendy will train on the pitch for the first time with us today” José Mourinho announced this Friday morning. The French left-back thus continues his return after a period of unavailability, with the objective of gradually regaining his sensations and getting closer to a return to competition.
This recovery constitutes an encouraging signal for the Spanish club, which could soon count on an additional option at the left-back position. It remains to be seen when the 31-year-old French defender, who suffers recurring injuries, will be considered sufficiently ready to return to the field and reintegrate the plans of the technical staff.
