The biggest indicator of Bayern Munich’s attacking superiority was the number of quality opportunities created. Kompany’s side generated five big chances, while Freiburg managed just one. FC Bayern missed two big chances, but still found the net three times.

Bayern Munich also completed 441 accurate passes at an 84% success rate, compared to Freiburg’s 333 at 82%. The visitors had more of the ball, but FC Baye rn was more productive with their possession.
