At the start of the second half of Roma vs. Slovan Bratislava, Lorenzo Pellegrini was pulled up with a muscle strain.
The Giallorossi midfielder was forced to leave the pitch in disappointment. In the 52nd minute, the Grugliasco-born coach was forced to bring on Soulé in place of the Giallorossi number 7.
As a result, Pellegrini will likely miss Napoli-Roma, the next league match scheduled for Saturday at 6:00 PM.
The Giallorossi midfielder suffered a muscle problem early in the second half of the match against Slovan Bratislava.
The attacking side faces an emergency situation for the Maradona match. Paulo Dybala could be joined on the injury list by the number 7. The Roma midfielder’s condition will be assessed in the coming hours.
