The Old Lady were humiliated by the Roman club, suffering a crushing 3-0 defeat.
The victory takes Lazio level with Inter at the top of Serie A on 19 points.
For Juventus, it is a second consecutive league game without a win, a week after their 1-1 draw at Cagliari.
Worse still, Juve now sit eighth, eight points behind Inter and Lazio.
Luciano Spalletti's position is now under threat.
