The new Premier League season starts next weekend, so we've picked out one record that every single Premier League club could realistically break this year. Starting with Arsenal, the obvious record in their sights is their all-time Premier League points total. Their current best is 90 points set by the Invincibles in 2003/4. So, by reaching 91 points this season, it would make it statistically Arsenal's greatest ever Premier League campaign. And building on the success of last season's squad, we think this is definitely achievable. Along with this, if Arsenal do manage to defend their title, they'd also achieve something that the club has never done in the Premier League era. And that's win back-to-back league titles. By doing this, that would make them only the fourth club in Premier League history to successfully retain the title. For Aston Villa's Premier League record this season, we're looking at Ollie Watkins as he could become the first player in Aston Villa's history to score 100 Premier League goals. Coming into this season, his current tally sits at 91 goals in 221 matches, so he only needs nine strikes this season to reach that 100 goal mark. Surely he's going to reach that. Bournemouth's record would be a really impressive one if they're able to do this because they could become the first non-big-six side to go 30 games unbeaten if they avoid defeat in their first 12 league matches. This is because they ended last season in absolutely unbelievable form. And coming into the new campaign, are currently unbeaten in their last 18 Premier League matches. In the entire history of the Premier League, no non-big-six side has ever gone unbeaten for more than 30 games, but Bournemouth could do that this season if we stretch the record back to last year. For Brentford's record, we're looking at Brazilian striker Igor Thiago, who if he's able to rekindle his form from last season, could end this upcoming season as Brentford's all-time top scorer in the Premier League era. Currently, this record is held by Yoane Wissa, who scored 45 goals for the Bees, but Toney is only 23 goals behind him. Given he scored 22 in the Premier League last season, it's fairly feasible that he has another similarly successful campaign this time around. For Brighton, they're making history just by being part of the Premier League for this upcoming season, as it's the first time in their entire history that they've gone 10 consecutive seasons whilst being in the top flight of English football. That's some testament to how the club's been run over the last decade. Chelsea could break an unwanted record this season if Xabi Alonso is sacked. As things stand, Chelsea hold the record along with Tottenham for having the most managers in Premier League history, with both clubs having 31 throughout the Premier League era. However, if Alonso is sacked and replaced by someone else, Chelsea would break the outright record for having the most managers in Premier League history with 32. Although Chelsea fans will be hoping that's not the case and Alonso will last the full season. Let's wait and see. Next up, we've got Coventry, who could make history in their first game back in the Premier League. That's because they're currently on 99 wins throughout the Premier League era, just one shy from the 100 mark. When they do manage to win their first Premier League game of the season and subsequently get their 100 Premier League winning total, they'll become only the 27th club in Premier League history to register 100 wins in the top flight. That's some going. Crystal Palace are going to be making history in the Premier League just by being part of it for this upcoming campaign. That's because other than the traditional big six and Everton, they're the longest-serving club in the Premier League, now entering their 14th consecutive year in the top flight. That's a longer consecutive spell than the likes of Newcastle, Brighton, Aston Villa have all had. Palace fans, where do you think you'll be finishing this season? Let us know down below. Unfortunately for Everton, they'll almost certainly end this Premier League season with the record most defeats in Premier League history. That's because they're currently only three defeats away from claiming the outright record, which is held by West Ham United. But because West Ham won't be playing in the Premier League, Everton will almost certainly take this record for themselves at some point. During the Premier League era, Everton have lost a total of 475 matches, leaving them just three behind West Ham, who are at 478 losses. Other than Everton, Newcastle are the closest other side to breaking this record, although Newcastle are still 12 defeats behind Everton. So this record looks like it's for the Toffees for the taking. Next up, we've got Fulham, who will definitely be aiming to break their record points tally for a Premier League season. Now last season, Marco Silva's side did come close to achieving this, ending on 52 points, which was only two points shy of their overall league record. But with new management now in place, All Below All will be looking to go one step further and breaking their points tally for a single season, which still sits at 54 points. Next up, we've got Hull City. Now many are saying they could challenge Derby County's record low points tally in the Premier League era. However, we've got more optimism for the Tigers. Because if they manage to achieve Premier League survival, they'll become only the second team in Premier League history to survive after being promoted from sixth place in the Championship. Because since the Championship was rebranded in 2004, West Ham United are the only team who achieved promotion after finishing sixth, who then survived in the Premier League. So Hull could become only the second side to achieve this feat if they manage to survive. Next up, we've got Ipswich Town, who could break the record for the most money spent in a summer transfer window by a newly promoted club. Now, as of recording, as per the figures of Transfermarkt, they've spent 127 million euros, which already ranks them fifth in the all-time spending list for newly promoted clubs. The record, though, is still held by Sunderland, who broke the record last summer spending a whopping 188 million euros on new players. But, with a few weeks still to go with the summer transfer window, Ipswich are definitely within a chance of breaking Sunderland's record if they continue to spend. For Leeds United this season, we're looking at a new record that German boss Daniel Farke could set. Because last season was already a record year for the German coach, as Leeds accumulated 47 points in total, the most Farke has ever managed in a Premier League campaign. And with the clever summer recruitment of Leeds United so far, Farke will definitely be looking to push the side on a level from last season. And we think there's a realistic chance that he manages to go even further than Leeds managed last time around. Surely for this upcoming season, Farke wants to get into the 50-point threshold, maybe even 60 if Leeds can really push the boat out. For Liverpool, we're looking at a Champions League record that they could break for this season. Because as things stand, they're currently joint with Manchester United for the most semi-final appearances in Champions League history for an English club, with both teams reaching the semi-finals on 12 occasions. However, Liverpool could go clear of United this season if they reach the semi-finals and United exit the tournament earlier. Liverpool always tend to be quite strong in Europe, so we certainly wouldn't put it past them reaching the semis this year. For Manchester City's record this season, we're looking at new boss Enzo Maresca, as he'll be aiming to break Manuel Pellegrini's record for accumulating the most points of any Man City manager in their debut season. Currently, Pellegrini holds this record, as he picked up 86 points in his debut season for City in 2013/14, which was good enough to win the Premier League title. Given Maresca's inheriting the side built by Pep Guardiola and is already one of the firm favorites for the Premier League title, we think it's a realistic possibility that under Maresca, City could accumulate more than 86 points this season, which would be a record-breaking season for that fact. Next up, we've got Manchester United who could become the first team in Premier League history to win 800 matches, with the Red Devils currently only 25 wins away from this landmark achievement. Now, 25 more wins is no walk in the park. Arsenal won 26 last season and obviously won the title. But, considering United did win 20 matches last season and got off to a bit of a false start under Ruben Amorim, it's not out of the realms of possibility that they could win the 25 matches required this season to get them up to 800 wins in total. For Newcastle United, they're going to have their eye on scoring plenty of goals this season as they could become the first non-big-six side since the Premier League began to score 1,700 goals in total. Coming into this season, Newcastle are only 49 goals shy of the 1,700 mark. Although a slight caveat to this is that Everton are on a very similar number of overall goals at the moment, so could pip Newcastle to the record. But, it's definitely something within Newcastle's grasp. Forest, they're another of the Premier League clubs who are making history just by being in the Premier League this season. As it's the first time in their club's history that they've gone five consecutive seasons playing in the Premier League, which is some achievement. Will Oliver Glasner be able to take them to the next level this season? There's every chance. For Sunderland, they're coming off the back of one of their best ever campaigns, certainly for a newly promoted club last season. They managed to qualify for the Europa League, which is history-making in itself, but Sunderland could break even more records this season. Because if the Black Cats are able to qualify for Europe once again, it would be their first time in their history where they've qualified for a European competition in back-to-back seasons. That'll be a tall order with their increased schedule this season, but it's definitely doable. And we'll finish this video off with Tottenham, who unfortunately are currently on course to become the first team in Premier League history to concede 1,700 goals since the Premier League began. Now, as things stand, Tottenham currently hold the joint record with West Ham for the most goals conceded in Premier League history with 1,684. But, because West Ham are no longer in the league, they won't be extending the record this season, and instead, that'll be Tottenham doing so. They only need to concede 16 more goals to become the first team in Prem history to reach 1,700 conceded. But, there you guys have it.
