19th actually i think it was it was may the 21st so quite a while ago you know over a month ago now but i haven't played a game so it has been hard to actually produce content for you guys to be honest but you know i've tried to get a few videos out here on there here and there you know without without overdoing it without forcing out content that really isn't relevant but yeah i thought today we're getting alive because it gives you the chance to get involved in in in the chat you know i think it's it's always good when i just jump on a live and you guys can have your say we can have situation if you have been keeping up the news then you'll know that messi is close to renewing with barcelona we predicted it could perhaps be today and maybe yesterday but it just hasn't happened yet they're still sorting out details of course messi's contract technically expires on the 30th of june so it's not an ideal situation of course it isn't but ever since napolita returned to the club things did look very promising and now from all the top sources all we're hearing guys for a while is that messi is about to renew with barcelona and it's great news it really is great news i've said that a few times on the channel you know you think about where we were this time last year i remember after the bayern munich game and all of the collapse really in august and september when messi was wanting to leave with the bureau of facts you know if you look back to them the situation we're in now guys uh you know it was unimaginable it really was so it's great that we're here it really is could do this swap deal with inter for georgia alabama my opinion is this i wouldn't be stunning john of the alabama i think maybe a year or two ago we could have looked to move alba on but i don't think we can sell out about with the way he's playing he's a a big part of the spanish national team now again under louis henrique he's like a lot on a lot of assists for barcelona last season i thought he had a good campaign on the coombe i think he's almost revitalized himself there in the left back roll do i think he should have a reduced row on a reduced salary yes do i think we should start to bring someone else new in yes that's why i've been you know kind of campaigning basically for for the signing of of gaia left back but the thing about alibi is i just wouldn't move them on i wants to sell him uh how the how will we sell coutinho and dembele on coutinho guys of course you know there's been some news about coutinho randomly uh out of nowhere he got injured in december they said he'd be out for three to four months he was out for the whole season so coutinho has had a torrid time at barcelona really i think obviously we've been looking to move him on in the summer it still could happen but if it does happen guys it's not going to be in my opinion the sale barcelona one barcelona will want at least really 40 million for coutinho we're not going to get that if we get a sale for coutinho it'll be 20 million and that just isn't gonna happen it would be abysmal business for barcelona a likely thing i could see happening is a loan for coutinho and if not then he'll stay i still feel he could be valuable if he stays but of course we do know he has the clauses in his contract which means that if he does play even more games for barcelona and have to pay even more bonuses to liverpool so the way i see it of course coutinho he's on the top of the list ready for barcelona to sell in the summer but it's going to be super hard to sell him um agreed you know be amazing wouldn't it but you know that's difficult mate la portes la porte has 50 60 million so has got at scandals 20 million and i'm not sure if he would like to come on top of alibaba the guys that you know barcelona have played big money for these guys because of course they were bought under battle mail so it's very hard to recover the fees that we actually paid for them on top of the fact that when they've come to barcelona a lot of them have actually underperformed so we're in trouble with sales we're in big trouble with sales guys and maybe it would have to be some low cost sales so five to 15 million really in terms of selling players like like neto like junior fidepo or would have to be loans with options to buy that's the way i see it happening i think i saw a report this morning saying that barcelona have what 32 or 33 players in the squad right now we can only register 25 for the new campaign in our first team if they're not in barcelona so barcelona have work to do in the window big work to do the squad has been made more competitive by la porta but now it's time to uh to move to move players out that's for sure we will be speaking about a bit more about losing even more players we paid a lot of money for for absolutely nothing it's not good but the news on their melee is that you know one of him or griezmann could definitely be sold this summer and um in terms of big signings what would need to happen for a big signing to come in would be a big sale so we have to sell dembele or a griezmann really or a coutinho for a lot of money on top of other minor sales as well if we do that then we can bring in someone like a la porta someone like a barnardo silva mahrez one of those man city styles that we are looking at um do you think a midfielder would arrive this summer interesting question valentine yes and no because yeah i say yes because laporte um sorry ronald kuhlman clearly wants a midfielder i also think laporte on the administration ramon planet money they also want a midfielder um but of course why nelson broke down and i just don't really know if it's a priority position right now when we've got so many other players um james signing but for me i would go for gaya uh b team players coming to the first team well what have we got in yaki pena i think he'll be coming up whether he'll be the number two though or not another matter we've got oscar mingetha who'll hopefully be officially promoted to the first team next season we've got alejandro balder who's pushing but i don't think we'll be promoted nikon handler as well the two midfielders nico gonzalez uh hundreds both pushing but again i don't think we'll be officially promoted um and then you've got alex coydon also a likes body about how i'm hoping will officially be promoted as the first team next season coutinho link to arsenal i could see it happening um either for a low price or or a loan um we need a center back messi will not review his contract this is a lethargic back line well it's a fair point i mean it looks like messi is going to renew his contract but messi always said that he needs to prioritize the sporting project that barcelona need to become a competitive team again well our team isn't really competitive enough right now and i think the spot on the center back it would be key but as i said in my video on monday guys the only way barcelona would bring in a centre-back is if we sell two defenders that we've got right now so we've got pique eddie garcia who won't be going uh i'd always want me going and then you'd expect me yes i want me going so on top of that i've only got space for one more centre back guys and right now it's long glade but if we want to bring in someone else we'd have to sell along glay um titty and toddy um will pianich leave it's difficult for pianish to leave uh just because you know there's not really many suitors you know there's clubs looking from in italy but the hope is guys that pianic eventually will leave barcelona this window you know for his sake as well because he's a top professional and he won't want to be sitting on the bench um what profiles do we need i think it's an interesting one i think there are some interesting profiles on the market i think one album could have been an interesting one i think donnie van der beek isn't a bad shout eyes dutch as well for cumin you got players like he likes more ebay or i think it's a good profile in midfield if cumin is looking for that sort of player um on top of that you've got someone like mike marino who's a bit expensive but i don't know i think we could get any profile we could get a box to box some more attacking midfielder who's good at long
