hello coolest it's pablo here and welcome back to master universal and welcome back to the action for barcelona as just over a week now has passed since our super copper semi-final defeat to real madrid and we are now finally back in action eight days later and we will be taking on athletic club in the round of 16 of the caballere it should be a a really good testing for bar soon it should be a very very good copper classic actually in my opinion and of course this is actually a repeat of last season's final so certainly this should be a very good one in my opinion a really really good copper tie and of course we also know this is a trophy that we really want to be winning this season we've had a hell of a week actually quite a lot of talk quite a lot of controversy so i think it's now good that we're getting back to the football without any further ado let's get started and this copper clash will be coming to us live from san mares the stadium our athletic club that we had bower of course we have already visited actually earlier in the league this season we drew one all there that was a very hostile and tough game i think this game will be again quite similar it's going to be coming to us live at 9 30 p.m spanish time on the thursday night and as i say i'm expecting a very very good atmosphere in the stadium for this game i really think this is going to be a big test for barcelona and also it's worth noting this is a single leg tie it will be decided in bilbao by extra time on penalties if need be and let's begin then with athletic club who of course will be at home for this fixture i think straight away actually we all know when we face athletic this is going to be a really really hard game i think especially in a cup tie two playing athletic is never easy especially besides like barcelona but like i say in this sort of cup game when they're at home they've got their fans behind us i'm actually expecting already feisty and difficult affair here and i think most people would agree on that one the athletic again this campaign around they're doing good they're doing sudden under martha non amazing not not awful they said ninth in our league they're four points behind barcelona but i think the main point we should be making in this game is not really athletics form it's more the fact that we know in this sort of game they're gonna be well up for it we all know athletic and these sorts of fixtures they absolutely love it especially in the cup against barcelona when we come to town they're really gonna go for it atletic actually also had just come off the back of another impressive attempt at the super cup where they knocked out atletico madrid in the semi-finals and then were defeated perhaps quite unfortunately by real madrid in the final so look atletic they'll be ready to fight and especially under marcelino i feel that always against us they're ready to give us a massive test they're ready to really go into us really make us suffer and i also feel now that with chaby as a coach with the way we play our football i'm actually imagining martino right now devising a plan to really damage us and i think athletic are the sort of team that can do that they'll know we want long spells of possession they'll know want to progress with the ball a lot i think i'm expecting athletics to allow us to have all of that possession sit in a mid to low block and then of course try and punish us on set pieces and certainly on the counter attacks i think i'm looking again in yaki williams as a player who loves playing against barcelona and we've got to watch out for him so maybe will have to be watching in yaki williams all night long and let's move on to barcelona then who of course in between last game against real madrid in the super cup and this one against atletic have had quite a lot of time actually to reflect to talk and actually has been quite a lot of drama surrounding the club with the whole sketch situation certainly did them bet a contract situation but i think right now it's just good to get back to the football and focus on winning what would be our 30-second cobaltery trophy we want to be winning this title and that's what the focus has to be beating athletic now on the round of 16 and getting through to the next round and of course something right around the dressing room you know chavy everyone will recognize that this fixture is going to be tough it's a tough draw we know that a way to athletic it's never going to be easy we've had some some tough cup ties against athletic in the past and i think it's quite likely actually that we're going to have to suffer quite a lot on thursday night especially if you want to be going through but i also feel like we should have some air of confidence around us right now i really do because despite the long break things are kind of looking up for barcelona right now we've got a lot of players returning a lot of exciting and big players returning to actually you know massive players for our season and it's quite exciting actually because chubby now does have options again that's really really positive i think also we can't forget our last performance against real madrid that we just had there guys it was a really positive display i know we lost and that's never a good thing but it was a good performance it was really bright a lot of people thought remember we're going to run over us and we've shown again we can compete especially once we've got a lot of our names back like we'll have tomorrow and regarding that team news and who is actually available as i say you know players are returning although it is worth noting that memphis to pie sergio berator summon them to the end and edit gotta see i will all be missing for this fixture to pie is a new injury and also actually interestingly enough lucion is still suspended in the cup he was uh sent off actually whilst he was on the bench against barcelona in the semi-final last season so he's still suspended for this cup clash so that is a bit of a miss up front however martin braithwaite may actually receive the medical clearance of this picture so he could be kept coming back in but one player we didn't wait and see the situation of is usmandem ballet who actually was spoken about a lot by chaby in the press conference today and i think it's pretty clear that right now dembele is essentially a sign or a leave stage at barcelona that's the way things are looking right now lots of reports coming out with dembele over the last few days but basically i think for months now all we've heard is that look dembele wants to stay but still doesn't sign certainly his agent moussa soko doesn't want him to stay but either way i think we've reached essentially a point here of either sign or move on if dembele doesn't agree to renew now a solution will be found and barcelona are going to have to take measures here and even tomorrow guys charlie's got a decision to make because still guys this is elongating all the news we hear is that look down but he wants to stay he loves the trust of chavy but still his demands are absurd and still he seems to not be able to tell his agent mr soko that you know what i want to stay at barcelona i'm happy with this pay that still doesn't seem to be happening so what on earth is going on here either way a decision has to be made and it could be drastic so regarding how barcelona could be lining up let's have a look guys looking gold of stagan will start neta of course is the cup goalkeeper but i am expecting to stay in the start i really am i think neto is on his way out of barcelona either now or in the summer and i think look we want to be winning the cup this year let's just go full strength essentially we've had eight days off why wouldn't we in defenders i'm expecting the same back four basically i think danny alves will start again although i actually think this would be a good game to introduce dexter into but i don't think it's going to happen either hard offense i think out of our hall will be playing next to be careful we've heard that is recovering very well and actually miraculously so he should be available to play again and then george the alabama of course will be there at left-back in midfield it gets interesting and it gets exciting i think leaving nikko was harsh i think leaving something frankie the young out was probably the sensible thing i think playing this midfield three is the best way we can go about this we'll sketch of course at the heart of the midfield and then you've got gavin the interior role next to pedry there too that's super exciting we cannot forget that gavi is actually suspended for the gamers i love s on the weekend so it's worth playing him peddled he's back looked amazing off the bench against real madrid let's play him and start him here although as i say i think this is a bit harsh on nico now who is going to find it hard to get minutes but let's see if he does get a play in this game and then up front again it gets exciting i've gone for fernan torres anderson fatty and then abdel in the front three i think charlie's got options here i think again like pederi and sulfati will start i think ferran again will start to like it against real madrid hopefully getting some more minutes this time and then i think also the other player really would have been ozman dembele here but i think with his renewal situation i think the club are getting a bit fed up maybe even chubby too and i think it's time to make a decision on dembele so if he doesn't start tomorrow i wouldn't be massively surprised of course we've got other options it's worth noting you know memphis and luke the young are out for this game so they aren't options or those who are still there and of course martin braithwaite will be receiving the mental medical clearance too we think so maybe he'll be coming off the bench in this one but yeah that line up guys i think it looks strong for barcelona you know we've got options there we've got exciting players on the pitch and actually i'm confident of winning with it it's a strong team and i'm actually excited to see what we can do with it and moving on to predictions guys you actually seem in confident mood coming to this one despite some of the drama off the pitch midweek i think a lot of you are remembering you know that look we've got a lot of players coming back here we should be positive about the team right now we were very good against real madrid in a super cup semi final and of course this is a big game for barcelona it's a tough one but we are hopeful of winning and i am too i'm gonna go for athletic club one barcelona two i am expecting a really hard game actually i really am i think athletic club and a sort of team we don't like playing at all i know they're gonna be up for it i know it's gonna be a hostile occasion and certainly i'm expecting a very very very tough game tomorrow i really am guys but let's see what we can do i've gone two on barcelona i still trust in our capabilities and i honestly think we're on the right path right now so let's see what we can generate in this sort of fixture guys it's gonna be a difficult one like i say but please leave all of your thoughts the comments down below regarding it and i'll be getting back to as many of you as i can until then enjoy your days and goodbye
