#1636 | Emergency Episode w Matt Law! Inside the Boehly / Walter £1B Sale Possibility and Transfer News! #CFC

London Is Blue - Chelsea FC Podcast

In this emergency episode of the London Is Blue Podcast, Nick is joined by Matt Law to discuss the breaking news of Chelsea owners Todd Boehly and Mark Walter being open to sell their respective 12.8% shares of the club (valued at £1B to Clearlake Capital.) Despite this breaking news, there is no sense of panic as the situation does not feel like a volatile dispute of sorts and the situation, should Boehly and Walter proceed does not seem like it would drastically disrupt the day to day operations of the club as Clearlake Capital alongside Behdad Eghbali already control the day to day operations. It would simplify the three way decision making structure. Lastly, they discuss some transfer news re: Enzo, Pedro Neto, Delap, Nico Jackson and more.
