Six Overlooked Players in Serie A: Highlights and Commentary
The video uses Serie A highlight clips and commentary to spotlight overlooked players such as Kvernadze, Baturina, Kean, Ajić, Palmisani, Camara and Bazoer. The overall takeaway is that these players are producing decisive goals, assists and saves and deserve more attention.
- Frosinone are giving Como a taste of their own medicine with quick transitional football, and Kvernadze is loving life in Serie A. — His fine finish made it 2-0 just before half-time.
- Baturina is in very good form and has clearly found his scoring touch after the turn of the year. — He scored the opener for Como in Naples, and five of his six goals last season came after the turn of the year.
- Moise Kean has made an ideal start to life at Como. — He set up Diao to seal the win on his Como bow and immediately looked on the front foot.
- Sassuolo's last-gasp win over Juventus is another upset with a script that is hard to believe. — Ajić, on loan from Juventus, scored against his parent club in added time and left Juventus no time to respond.
- Palmisani was superb in the first half and was the key reason Como could not score. — He made save after save, including pushing a shot onto the post and over the bar, as Como attacked wave after wave.
- Camara's goals tend to be worth watching, and this was a striker's finish executed to perfection. — He calmly chipped the goalkeeper for an excellent first goal and showed no hesitation.
- Udinese had a tremendous end to the first half, and Bazoer's strike was excellent. — They scored twice in two minutes, with Bazoer finding the top corner.
- Bazoer scored at San Siro again, and Handanović will be in the headlines for the wrong reasons once more. — Bazoer had scored against Milan there in April and now struck against Inter, after Handanović's earlier mistake against Real Madrid and another mix-up domestically.
