it's tuesday it's sunny there are people doing building work outside and this is the football 365 transfer gossip video thing we start today with news on romelu lukaku who seems to be one of these uh select bunch of strikers who are going for a hundred million pounds and no one wants to spend that much basically um another one of those erlang harland who chelsea have been chasing for for months now but they seem to have decided that the i think it's around 150 million pounds bruce you don't want it's too much for them especially when harlan's release clause will come into effect and almost drop that by 100 million pounds next summer so chelsea have instead moved on to romelu lukaku uh their former striker obviously didn't hit the heights that he could have at stamford bridge left for everton and then manchester united now into milan who have reportedly rejected a bid from chelsea of 86 million pounds plus marcus alonso which is essentially just 86 million pounds um the sun say and the daily mail both say that inter would want something closer to a nine figure sum um it seems unlikely that chelsea gonna be able to afford that but you never know they've got the champions league under the belt and they've got plenty of money left they've not really signed anyone this summer so far they're after jules [ __ ] day still from sevier so we'll see what happens on that room of course in saying that chelsea have not really signed anyone so far this summer we do have to apologize to marcus better nelly who will presumably be battling for the number one shirt with eduard mendy and kepper this season um but aside from that yeah chelsea do need to start raising money through player sales it seems they've got 11 players made available for transfer according to the daily telegraph that includes tammy abraham who is a interesting aston villa who might start reinvesting some of the supposed greenish money that might be coming in um callum hudson a doy is also available there's plenty of other players there's players that you wouldn't think are still contracted chelsea like kennedy um davide zappacosta t muy bakayoko all sorts of players that they signed 10 years ago have sent out online ever since um somehow still still got the contracts of these players so yeah chelsea could hope to to raise a fair bit money especially for abraham he'd probably cost 30 to 40 million pounds if if aston villa want to kind of follow up on that interest west ham are being linked as well so there's a chance that they could get some money together in terms of that lukaku money if they need a hundred million pounds they've got plenty of players to offload one player chelsea won't be signing to absolutely no one surprise will be harry kane um this comes from the athletic who say that while chelsea admire kane and to be honest that's it's not much of a surprise he is quite a good player um but while they do admire him they they realize that they've got no chance of negotiating with daniel levy who obviously was 10 years ago now that um chelsea had offers for luka modric rejected when modric thought he had a gentleman's agreement to leave spurs um he ended up leaving a year later for real madrid and it seems like history is repeating itself this season uh kane's got his gentleman's agreement he feels anyway levy's rejecting this and suggesting it never happened and tottenham holding firm it seems like city are the only club who might possibly be able to stump up this 160 million pounds no one else is really in for no one else has got that money right now it's a bit of a difficult time i don't know if you've noticed there's a little pandemic um so yeah chelsea chelsea won't be going for kane they're focusing on lukaku and [ __ ] day as things stand you
