I’d say all three are very talented. They have a good understanding of football, individual quality. No matter where I play, but when I play here, I’m simply expected to perform. When I was in the World Squad, I think every child dreams of making their professional debut at such a huge club. And I’m just so incredibly proud. Campus Stories. Let's go! Wow, this Tim Binder is good. A professional debut for Erblin Osmani. Maycon Cardozo. Have a good game. Come on, let’s go. Thankfully I’m fine now. It was a little setback after pre-season. A minor muscle tear. But I’m fine. I feel really good. I’m fit again and ready to play as much as I can. It’s all happened very fast for me. It was all in the space of a month. It started with the game in Wiesbaden. Tim Binder against Janitzek. Nice! That has to be a pen. Things went well for me there. I was able to draw attention to myself with the penalty I won. Things then kept going with the trips to Tegernsee and Asia. I think the game against Leipzig was kind of the highlight, getting to play at the Allianz Arena. That was really amazing. It was an amazing four or five weeks. I never expected it. Rounding off the Audi Summer Tour, FC Bayern face Aston Villa in Hong Kong. Boey comes forward. Binder up to his right. Good cross. And Cardozo… We get on very well. On the pitch, I think we’re similar types of players. We’re both good technically and like to dribble. We want to play. I think you end up building a bit of a connection. It’s cool with him. We get on well off the pitch as well. We message each other a lot, talk a lot. Maycon Cardozo with a great shot. Taking a Maycon, for example, I want to praise the person behind him. There’s a reason why he’s been able to take this path. It’s no coincidence. There’s a special character behind that. And it’s fun to work alongside guys like him. And it’s better to have to slow a guy down than always push him on. And I think it’s those guys who are destined for it. They’re the ones pushing for it. A senior competitive debut for 17-year-old Maycon Cardozo, who used to play in our FC Bayern World Squad and is now making his professional debut. The boys now have the possibility to compete in various competitions. Let’s take the youngest like Erblin Osmani. He’s just made his senior debut for Kosovo. On the other hand, he’s played for our U19s a few weeks ago. A few games for the reserves, in the Youth League, already for the first team. A lot has happened in a pretty short space of time. A good touch. Goal! Erblin Osmani! Things have gone really quickly, especially at the start of the year. There were my first training sessions with the first team, when I was still playing for the U17s. I did well there and was quickly rewarded with my first appearance for the first team. A professional debut for Erblin Osmani, 16 years old. He’s coming on now. I think every child dreams of making their professional debut at such a huge club. And I’m just so incredibly proud things have worked out and have gone so quickly. And now I’ve also made my debut for Kosovo. That was really special, especially because I’ve always wanted to play for Kosovo since I was little. My parents come from there. It was just amazing there. I know the guys and know the guys work hard every day so they can make their debut like me or train with the first team. I really hope they do it. I know what they do for that. It’s amazing what’s happened in recent weeks, also with the contract. I was really excited that day, because it’s the biggest contract I’ve ever got to sign in my career. And at a club like this. When I went into that room with the Champions League trophy, the Bundesliga trophy, it was really special for me. The days before and after the signing have really stayed with me. But it also hasn’t really changed anything for me. I don’t really feel any different. I feel great, but I wouldn’t say I now feel more pressure or anything because I’ve signed this contract. Good from Tim Binder. He’s so technically good. Tim Binder goes it alone. Tim Binder! Bayern lead 2-0! What a move by Tim Binder. Welcome back! That’s how I am as a player. I like to go one-v-one. I’d even say that’s my strength. I never want to hide away. At the end of the day, we’re playing football and I try to show what I can do, whether that’s 'only' against Fürth or now against Davies or Nene Brown. I just always try to go one-v-one and get past. As a player, I’d say I’m brave and try to get the most out of it. You can learn a lot during the week, just be brave and prove and show yourself in training. And at the weekend, obviously at a top club like Bayern, it’s normal you don’t get too many opportunities as a young player, especially right now. I think regularity is important. First, to get minutes. And second to be able to implement in matches what you’ve practised in training. Matches and training are two very different things. It’s a different feeling to do that in a match and is important. Only training and not having any match practice isn’t good for a player. So, I think it’s a really good step to get an introduction to the first team through training and then have to deliver at the weekend in conditions where you expect we’re ready to deliver. No matter where I play, but when I play here, I’m simply expected to perform. Binder. Past one. Past two. Binder. He’s good. Wow, this Tim Binder is good. I’m really up for it. I don’t want anyone to get the impression that I’m coming from the first team and don’t want to play here. My role is clear. I come here and want to play my game just like I’d do up there. With Tim, you can see he’s important for us with and without the ball. He’s a player who’s always on the move and is very dangerous when he’s got the ball, going into one-v-ones, dribbling. It’s great to have players like him. We’re really happy he’s fit again. It’s just fun working with these guys. I’m in a good situation. I feel great. I’ve just signed a new contract. I feel great about things. I’m fit. My body’s doing everything. I just want to get the most out of everything in the near future. I want to push hard wherever I train, wherever I play. I’m ready for everything. Obviously there’s that dream in the back of my mind, but I’ll just work hard. When the time comes, it comes. If not, I’ll keep working hard. It’s always a really great feeling, especially playing in a derby against 1860, just because the atmosphere is different. The hard nature in those games, in the derbies, is really special. A derby has its own character. You give your all. It’ll be a heated match, especially because it’s the 1860 first team and the stadium will be full. It’ll definitely be a really good atmosphere.
