Past, present and no doubt in the future, Bayern Munich has, is and will be one of the biggest teams in Europe. The dominant force in Germany has been able to use their domestic stranglehold to establish themselves as one of the biggest clubs on the continent.

As a result, the Bavarians have been able to entice some of the best players in the world to come and wear their famous red jersey to help them reach new heights. However, that comes at a price – literally – as the best players in the world will always want to be paid handsomely.

With revenue in football at an all-time high, some of the figures handed out to players in the Bayern Munich squad are frightening. And thanks to the experts at Capology, we can now know exactly what every player in Vincent Kompany's squad is raking in each week.

Who would want to be a goalkeeper? Often criticised, rarely complimented, and usually not as well compensated. Well, the latter is certainly not the case for Manuel Neuer , with the Bayern Munich captain well rewarded – on £245,496 per week – thanks to his reputation as one of the best goalkeepers of all time .

Sven Ulreich and Jonas Urbig are the two alternative options in goal. Now 38, Ulreich has been backup to Neuer for a number of years, spending five years at Munich from 2015 to 2020 before returning in 2021 after just one season with Hamburger SV.

Attack wins games, defence wins championships. But the importance of a strong backline isn't always reflected in the finances that come their way. Hiroki Ito is cetyainly on ahumble wage compared to some of his teammates, making about just £60k-p/w

Josip Stansic makes over £100,000, but isn't on as much as 2026 summer signing Nathaniel Brown. The talented left-back arrived from Eintracht Frankfurt, signing a deal worth £122,829 per week.

Konrad Laimer was originally bought as a midfielder, but in order to get game time in Bavaria, has had to adapt into a makeshift full-back. That versatility means he most certainly earns his near £150,000 deal.

Jonathan Tah joined on a free from Bayer Leverkusen in 2025, allowing him to negotiate a higher deal for himself as there was no transfer fee involved. He makes the same as fellow central defender Min-jae Kim, which is just under £200k-p/w.

Dayot Upamecano is now the highest earner in the backline, making over £260k-p/w after renewing his terms in the summer of 2026. That just leaves Alphonso Davies . One of the fastest players in world football , the Canadian is on £244,032 per week.

Bayern's midfield ranks may look quite small, but this is because Capology are including certain players who may act as a number 10 or a more advanced midfielder as attackers. This means that topping the midfield ranks is Joshua Kimmich , who put an end to rumours of an exit after signing a brand new contract in March 2025 worth north of £325,000 per week.

Leon Goretzka has now left for Aston Villa, taking with him his notable wage of £216,614 per week. In his place, more trust will be put on Aleksandar Pavlovic, although he may want a pay rise soon as he's yet to hit the £100k-p/w mark.

Tom Bischof is now 21 and makes a tidy sum of £46,041. Youngsters Bara Sapoko Ndiaye and David Santos Daiber, meanwhile, will also hope to be the future of Bayern's midfield. For now, the talented teens are both on £9,273 per week.

It has long been the case in football that the attack is where the big money is spent, because the weight of goals is priceless. As always, the youngsters find themselves on the lower wages, but Lennart Karl did sign new terms in early 2026, bumping him up to £61,333 per week.

Ismael Saibari joined this summer from PSV, his deal didn't come cheap, with a reported €50m transfer fee – his £162,688 weekly wage is reasonably high as well. That's about half as much as Serge Gnabry makes. However, the experienced winger was on £314,424 per week before taking a pay cut.

Luis Diaz has been a fine addition since arriving from Liverpool in 2025. The winger makes £227,763 per week, which is a little more than Michael Olise. That said, if Bayern can convince the former Crystal Palace man to sign new terms, he'd surely become one of the best-paid players in Europe.

Next up is Jamal Musiala , who is still looking to rediscover his best form after spending a while out on the sidelines with a horrific injury. He currenlty makes £371,416 every week, which is the second-biggest wage at Bayern.

At the top of the tree at the entire club, though, is Harry Kane . The Englishman is one of the top strikers in the world and therefore comes at a premium, with his salary falling a little shy of half a million pounds per week. This works out at about €25m gross per year. According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the 33-year-old striker will keep making the same amount on his new deal , but the extension should keep him in Germany until 2029.
