Early Palace team news

Crystal Palace are also expected to make at least one change from their last Premier League outing against Ipswich, with Axel Disasi unavailable after beginning a three-match suspension.

The defender was sent off in Palace’s 3-2 defeat to Ipswich last weekend, leaving Pierre Sage with a decision to make over who comes into his back three.

Takehiro Tomiyasu and Jaydee Canvot have been the options discussed, while there is also interest in whether Ismaïla Sarr is ready to make his first Premier League start of the season after returning from injury as a substitute against Lech Poznan in midweek.

Sage has indicated Sarr is “maybe” ready to start, although he is not yet fit enough to play the full 90 minutes.

Eddie Nketiah is another player pushing to return to the starting XI.

Early Leeds team news

We already know one change Leeds will have to contend with today, with Harry Wilson ruled out with a quad injury.

Joe Rodon and Mateo Joseph also remain unavailable.

Daniel Farke could otherwise stick with the side which impressed against Newcastle on Monday, meaning Jayden Bogle and Gabriel Gudmundsson could again operate as wing-backs.

Welcome to Elland Road

Leeds welcome Crystal Palace at Elland Road, looking to maintain their impressive unbeaten start to the Premier League season.

Daniel Farke's side have taken eight points from their opening four games and arrive off the back of an impressive 4-1 win over Newcastle on Monday.

Palace, meanwhile, are looking to respond after a difficult start to their league campaign, with Pierre Sage's side having conceded 11 goals in their opening four matches.

There is plenty to get into before kick-off — Dominic Calvert-Lewin's excellent form, Palace's defensive problems, Leeds' set-piece threat and the intriguing battle in midfield involving Adam Wharton.

Team news is due at 12.45pm, so stay with us for all the build-up from Elland Road.
