Jamal Musiala continues to inch closer to a return and Michael Olise will return from his suspens ion, but multiple Bayern players have picked up issues since Wednesday’s clash against Arsenal FC in the Champions League. Neuer will miss the match after making his return from injury against Arsenal, Kim Min-jae will miss the match as well, Luis Díaz will b e out for at least a whole month after limping off the pitch midweek, Joshua Kimmich remains out due to personal reasons, and now Aleksandar Pavlović will miss the game as well, according to a report from Sky Germany (as captured by @iMiaSanMia ):

> Aleksandar Pavlović is out of tomorrow’s game against Freiburg with calf problems.

So now what? With first-choice midfielders Kimmich and Pavlović out, Bayern coach Aaron Danks could line up with third- and fourth-choice mid fielders Tom Bischof and Bara Sapoko Ndiaye. Bischof will almost certainly start, but Bara has only made two small ca meos off the bench so far this season. Will he be trusted to start in this match? The former Gambia All Stars Academy player did start and play a full 90 minutes for the Senegal national team during the September international break. Perhaps he is ready for more game time.

If not Bara, though, perhaps Laimer can slot back into his old role in midfield, or perhaps Nathaniel Brown will be played in that role. Could David Santos Daiber have recovered from his knock in midweek and make an appearance, provided the trauma from Vincent Kompany’s collapse can be overcome? The same could apply to Erblin Osmani.

It is a time with many injuries and personal difficulties for Bayern Munich at present
