Barcelona star Anthony Gordon has this week revealed his take that Manchester City striker Erling Haaland would continue to run riot in front of goal, if afforded the chance to test his talents in La Liga.
Frontman Haaland has of course seen his name reemerge as a prominent one in the media headlines across Spain over recent weeks.
After Manchester City were found guilty of over 100 financial breaches on the part of the Premier League, the Norwegian was swiftly tipped for a potential move to Barcelona and Real Madrid alike.
And one individual of the opinion that Haaland’s goalscoring talents would translate perfectly to La Liga is the aforementioned Anthony Gordon.
Speaking during an interview with ESPN this week, Barcelona winger Gordon was asked which Premier League star he feels would ‘cook’ in Spain.
And after a moment of hesitation, the Englishman went on to highlight the name of prolific frontman Haaland.
