· FootballLondon

Mikel Arteta is due to preview Arsenal's Premier League clash against Everton from the Sobha Realty Training Centre at 1:30pm and there is expected to be an update on Bukayo Saka, who sustained a quad injury in the 2-2 Champions League draw at Bayern Munich on Wednesday night

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is expected to provide an update on Bukayo Saka's injury after his star winger was forced off inside the opening 10 minutes against Bayern Munich on Wednesday night.

Saka was expected to undergo tests and scans back in London on Thursday when the team arrived back in the capital from Germany following their gutsy 2-2 Champions League draw at the Allianz Arena.

Arteta is also poised to confirm whether Piero Hincapie will be available to face Everton, who have lost just one of their opening seven Premier League matches so far this season.

The unfortunate injury to Saka could see Max Dowman presented with an opportunity to shine having netted in this fixture last season when he became the youngest scorer in Premier League history (aged 16 years and 73 days).

football.london is on hand to provide live updates from the Sobha Realty Training Centre.
