Roma are back on track in the Champions League, and financially, too.
After losing to José Mourinho’s Real Madrid, Gian Piero Gasperini’s side swept Slovan Bratislava 4-0, securing their first win of the League Phase.
This result allows the Giallorossi to climb to four points in the standings, following their opening draw against Fenerbahçe.
More importantly, their European success guarantees the club an immediate bonus of €2.1 million, in addition to the €700,000 already earned on Matchday 1.
Participation in Europe’s premier competition represents a particularly significant source of revenue for the Roman club.
According to Calcio e Finanza estimates, Roma has already reached €52.19 million in total revenue from the 2026-2027 Champions League.
This sum is made up of several components, starting with the €18.62 million guaranteed simply by qualifying for the league phase.
Added to these are the 2.8 million earned through on-field results and a minimum share of 275 thousand euros tied to the final placing.
