Adrien Rabiot is gradually establishing himself as one of the strong men of AC Milan. Already influential since his arrival, the French midfielder has taken another step forward this season, showing himself to be more and more decisive. Against Salzburg in the Europa League, he was involved in Alphadjo Cissé’s three goals, scoring a hat-trick in the Milan victory (4-0). The Frenchman notably delivered the decisive pass on his teammate’s third goal, after initiating the first two actions.

His performances reinforce his importance in Ruben Amorim’s collective, to the point that the Milanese management would consider extending it until 2030, according to Corriere dello Sport. In eight matches played in all competitions this season, Rabiot has already scored three goals and three assists. Used in a more offensive role against Salzburg, with less defensive responsibilities, the French international was able to fully express his qualities.
